This years poodle party
was a lot of fun. Over forty people attended with their dogs. After lunch the fun began with the easter egg hunt. The poodles
quickly discovered that the hidden plastic eggs were filled with meatballs and the hunt was on. Many poodles went for a swim
in the creek or in our poodle pond. Returning to the house, for strawberry marguaritas both humans and poodles met old friends
and made new ones. There was a half hearted attempt at poodle soccer then the fun competitions, dog most like its owner, dog
with the waggiest tail and dog the judge would most like to take home. Dinner was eaten with poodles playing together around
the tables.
The next morning we all met up again for photos taken at Redding's Sundial bridge and for the dogs to play a final
time together in the Sacramento River. Dogs and humans went home tired but happy.
We look forward to seeing you all again next year.
