At three weeks come big changes in the puppies development. The side of their whelping box can be removed and the puppies world is expanded. Although they do not have teeth yet, the puppies are introduced to a meat gruel. They enthusiastically sucked it down. Often, eating means climbing into the food  but Sasha enjoys cleaning them. Sasha is beginning to train her pups to potty outside. After their meal, she leads them outside and demonstrates what she expects of them. The puppies are eager to return to their bed and sleep off their meal.
